MISSION STATEMENT
The Office of Territorial and International Criminal Intelligence and
Drug Enforcement (OTICIDE) was established by Governor's Executive
Orders to administer the duties and responsibilities necessary to
fulfill the American Samoa Government's obligations and commitments to
the South Pacific Chiefs of Police organization in the Pacific region
and United States Department of Justice law enforcement programs:

OTICIDE is responsible for
the gathering of intelligence information and the enforcement of laws
governing drug trafficking, white collar crime and related criminal
activities.

To recognize the United
States policy and international programs on drug trafficking and
elements of organized and white collar crimes and other associated
activities affecting American Samoa.

To investigate and
coordinate the flow of criminal information with federal, state,
territorial, regional and international law enforcement agencies to
include intelligence sharing and training.
